A mark of quality
Before the axe head is set aside to cool, the blacksmith makes one final mark. Alongside the Gränsfors Bruk stamp, they press their own initials into the steel, a signature of responsibility and pride. These initials are a mark of quality, but also a reminder that every axe has been shaped by human hands, not a machine. Each stamp tells the story of the person who stood by the forge and took responsibility for the finished tool.
