Straight and Gutter Adzes from Gränsfors Bruk are traditional Scandinavian woodworking tools designed for precise shaping of timber. The Straight Adze is ideal for squaring logs and beams and creating smooth surfaces, while the Gutter Adze, with its rounded cutting edge, is used for hollowing out wood, such as troughs, gutters, and notchwork in log construction. Both adzes are intended for work close to the log, making their shorter handles especially suitable. All models are delivered with leather sheats.
