Wetterlings
Just like Gränsfors Bruk, Wetterlings AB has built up a business based on the manufacturing of hand-forged axes. All production takes place in our axe forge in Storvik, just outside Gävle. The company started in 1880, and Wetterlings now exports axes to ten or so countries and also manufactures some of the axe-models for Gränsfors Bruk.
If you are interested in seeing our axe forge, you are more than welcome to pay us a visit to see how axes are forged, ground and fitted with handles. No pre-booking is required, but we would appreciate advance notice if you are a larger group.
