Log-building Course – Timber Jointing (Try out)
Have you always wondered what it was like to build a log cabin in the old days? Then this is the perfect course for you. Together with experienced carpenter Andreas Hipf, Gränsfors Bruk has established a “try-it-out” log-building course. For 3 days, you will be given your first introduction and get a taste of traditional house building from yesteryear and how to use special axes and log-building implements.
- Edging logs (both sides)
- Different hewing techniques
- Timber jointing

Hard wearing clothing in the form of work overalls/protective clothing will also be good to have. All other equipment is available to borrow on site.
