Terms and Conditions

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

You have the right of withdrawal 14 days after you have booked a course. A full refund is offered up to one month before the course start, minus a booking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are too few registrations, in most cases fewer than 6 participants. In such cases we always offer the possibility to rebook on another course or a refund of the course fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift certificates are available for purchase and act as payment for the course of your choosing during 2024. You will receive a unique gift certificate with a booking code that can be used for any course during the year together with an invoice. If interested, please contact courses@visitsagaliden.se.

SPLIT PAYMENTS/GROUP BOOKIINGS

We offer solutions for larger groups or businesses to pay via invoice. It is also possible to divide up payments for a course. Contact us at courses@visitsagaliden.se for more information.
