RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you book a course. We have full cancellations up to one month before the start of the course, minus the cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel a course with too few registrations, less than 6 participants. In that case, we always offer another the possibility to rebook on another course or a refund of the course fee.

BOOKING & RESERVE PLACE

You can book a course under forging courses and selected course under – BOOK COURSE. You will then be redirected to our booking system, where you will find our available courses with information, dates, available places and whether the course is fully booked. You book and pay for your course directly in the booking system. If a course is fully booked, it is fine to make a reservation, please contact: courses@visitsagaliden.se

GIFT CARD

If you want to buy a gift card that can be used as payment for any course for 2025. You will then receive a personal gift card, with a value code that can be freely used during the year. Gift cards are invoiced. Please contact: courses@visitsagaliden.se

INVOICE/SPLIT PAYMENT

If you do not want to pay your course directly by card, it is fine by invoice. It is also possible to split the course fee into two payments. A reservation is then made for the current course, with payment following. Please contact: courses@visitsagaliden.se

GROUP BOOKING

If you are a large group or a company that wants to book several places on a course or an entire course and pay by invoice, this can be arranged. For group bookings of the entire course, certain special arrangements can also be arranged such as extended accommodation or the like. Please contact courses@visitsagaliden.se

CANCELLATION RULES

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the Swedish law, Distance Contracts Act. The time limit for the right of withdrawal begins to apply from the day you placed your order, completed your purchase and received a confirmation of the purchase. This also applies when booking/reserving a course by payment by invoice. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards that have already been sent out/sold.

The registration is binding for you as soon as the booking and payment have gone through, alternatively you have received a reservation and an invoice has been sent out – a confirmation of admission to the course.

When paying by invoice, the course must be paid for at least 2 months before the start of the course.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation must always be made in writing by e-mail to courses@visitsagaliden.se

In case of inability to attend the course, the place can be transferred to another person free of charge.

Under certain circumstances, rebooking may be done up to 3 months before the start of the course, if there is availability on another course.

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the course, the entire course fee will be refunded in its entirety with a deduction for a cancellation fee for administrative costs/reserving a place of SEK 850.

In case of cancellation 2-4 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee is nonrefundable.

In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee is nonrefundable.

In case of cancellation due to illness, you can rebook to a later course date free of charge on presentation of a doctor’s note.

If you have to cancel the course due to circumstances beyond your control, for example acute illness, free cancellation applies minus a cancellation fee upon presentation of a doctor’s note.

CANCELED COURSE

We reserve the right to cancel a course without reservation, for example if a course has too few registrations. In such cases, you are offered to rebook to another course or have the course fee refunded in full. Reimbursements in addition to the course fee are not provided.
